Size Insurance is an optional add-on that lets you order two sizes of the same item in one shipment for a small extra fee. You keep both – no returns required.
❓ Do I have to send one size back?
Nope. There are no required returns with Size Insurance. Keep both sizes, style them differently, or give one to a friend or family member.
❓ How do I know if an item includes Size Insurance?
Look for the pink Size Insurance badge on the product images and in the product details. If you see the badge, that piece is eligible.
❓ Is Size Insurance available on every product?
Not yet. We’re rolling it out on select Glow-Up pieces first – especially dresses, shapewear, and styles where fit really matters.
❓ Can I use Size Insurance with more than one item?
Size Insurance applies per eligible item. If multiple pieces offer Size Insurance, you can choose it on each one individually depending on how much peace of mind you want.
❓ Does Size Insurance affect shipping time?
Shipping times are the same as your normal order – you just get both sizes in one delivery instead of waiting through a return-and-reorder cycle.
